At Pilates Blended, we love Mobility & Pilates. Everything we do is based on moving better. Often times, Mobility and Pilates is perceived as easy or gentle, which it can be if needed BUT it also can be challenging, flat up hard and most importantly the missing link to expanding your movement capacity, injury prevention and overcoming pain restrictions. Our lessons, both in-person and in our online course, Simply Move More, are designed to help you move better, hurt less and do more.
Our studio, located in Satellite Beach, FL, is a welcoming and supportive space where you can focus on your practice. We have a variety of equipment to meet your needs. We also offer virtual sessions via Zoom which is great for the homebody or traveler to stay consistent in your progress.

This program is progressive, low-impact movement for those wanting to join the COMEBACK KID club!
Lessons with Feather is my non-negotiable "me" time. I always get the personalized attention I need to beable to do what I need each week! Feather's vast experience and expertise has been incredibly beneficial as I've gained strength, mobility, and flexibility. In addition to being an expert, Feather is very approachable and friendly. I highly recommend her!

As a small business, with a family, we are currently only available for in-person sessions.

I have taken my many years of experience and eclectic education and turned it into something I am proud of and I believe will help many people.
My background is 24+ years of teaching Pilates, Psychology degree, yoga teacher, licensed massage therapist, energy healer, life coach, meditation facilitator, and lover of all things body-based that I can learn.
I have struggled with my own health and fitness over the years. I had a stroke at age 34 from a trauma. This is the first time I had to rebuild my body back. Mobility & Pilates Strength training were my saviors in making a comeback and rehabbing myself.
Then, I had my son via C-section at age 41. This was the second time I had to rebuild my body back up. I was so lucky that I had the skills and knowledge to rehab myself. Having a baby during a global pandemic was not ideal as they weren't offering help for many non life threatening issues. I couldn't even see a lactation specialist so physical therapy was for sure out of the question. Again, I relied on Mobility, Pilates and Stength training.
I am now in perimenopause which is effecting me in all sorts of new ways. I am learning that muscle is so important in balancing out hormones. Weight gain and emotional sways are challenging but I am still using Mobility & Pilates Strength to support my body and mental health as I make my way through this next chapter of life.
I still struggle at times but I have the expertise to get me through it. We are all a work in progress. You will never be perfect. I workout most days, and am working on my health inside and out but I know personally what it is like to go from fit exercise instructor teaching 25 hours a week to ending up on my back, sleeping for 22 hours a day and can't do anything for myself recovering from a stroke to recovering from having a child with little sleep, support or community due to Covid shutting down the world and me being so scared to let anyone near my baby.
My goal is now is to provide realistic tools, techniques and exercises that can help you down a path of better health, movement and longevity. Mobilty and Pilates Strength are what has helped me move well for the last 24 years, I would be honored to help you MOVE BETTER, HURT LESS and DO MORE.
Pilates Blended uses a mix of tools to help you reach your goals, create change and ensure longevity.
Pilates is an exercise modality that is known for building core strength and increasing mobility.
At Pilates Blended we not only use Pilates but we also use Mobility, and Strength training to challenge the body, create success for longevity and give you the ability to support yourself to be ble to do anything you want while avoiding injury and feeling confident in your abilities.
Other modalities you may experience with Pilates Blended are yoga, TRX, weights, bands and mobility training.
Whether you're new to exercise, making a comeback, wanting to try something new or wanting to see the change you can't seem to find anywhere else, we are here to help you.
